  1. 2025

    The Genesis — FCL BLOOMTECH Incorporated as a Deep-Tech Subsidiary of FRIENDS Consult Ltd

    FCL BLOOMTECH LIMITED is a newly incorporated deep-tech subsidiary of FRIENDS Consult Ltd — a prominent Ugandan advisory firm. Its origins trace back to an Innovation Meeting at FRIENDS Consult Ltd, where Mr. Amman Nyende presented the transformative potential of Advanced Intelligence and data within the Agricultural Sector. From that conversation, the idea took hold: a purpose-built company converging AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, satellite technology, data warehousing, fintech infrastructure, and digital systems — closing the gap between raw data and actionable decisions across emerging markets.

  2. January 2026

    First Partnership with Tech Partner

    The first meetings with a tech partner were held, expanding the original data warehouse proposal to encompass grand scale AI agents and satellite technology, significantly broadening the scope and ambition of what FCL BLOOMTECH would become.

  3. February 2026

    ESA-Backed Intelligence Framework Drafted

    Dr. Keren Obara, under the mentorship of the European Space Agency (ESA), drafted a comprehensive plan on how to solve economic and business challenges through the conglomeration of AGI and satellite data — laying the technical foundation for FCL BLOOMTECH’s core platform architecture.

  4. March 2026

    FCL BLOOMTECH Officially Registered — Operations Begin

    Following the formal registration of FCL BLOOMTECH LIMITED, operations officially commenced — moving from concept and planning into active development and commercial engagement across the African market.

  5. July 2026

    Website Launched in Partnership with Demani

    The FCL BLOOMTECH website was launched in partnership with Demani, establishing the company’s digital presence and marking a major milestone in brand visibility and market reach.

  6. August 2026

    Agri-Intelligence Platform — Development Begins

    Production of FCL BLOOMTECH’s first flagship tool — the Agri-Intelligence Platform — officially began, developed by the team alongside their technology partners to deliver precision agricultural intelligence to smallholders and agribusinesses across emerging markets.
